1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the ReadySetClaw website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. ReadySetClaw is operated by BoldMove LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

ReadySetClaw provides pre-configured Mac Mini hardware ("The Claw Box") loaded with OpenClaw software, custom-tuned for your workflows. Our services include hardware configuration, software setup, shipping, and ongoing support.

3. Independent Service Disclaimer

ReadySetClaw is an independent service operated by BoldMove LLC. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the OpenClaw open-source project or its maintainers. We provide a configuration and setup service built on top of the open-source OpenClaw software.

4. Orders & Payment

• The Claw Box is a one-time purchase.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.
• By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided.
• All prices are in US dollars and do not include applicable taxes, which will be calculated at checkout if required.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We will ship the configured Claw Box to the shipping address provided during checkout. Delivery timelines vary depending on configuration complexity and shipping location. We will communicate estimated delivery dates after your order is confirmed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. In-Person Setup

For customers in the Miami, Florida area, we offer complimentary in-person setup. This service is subject to scheduling availability and geographic limitations at our discretion.

7. Support & Maintenance

Each Claw Box purchase includes ongoing support. This covers troubleshooting, software updates, and configuration assistance. Support is provided via phone and messaging during reasonable business hours. Support does not cover physical damage, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or third-party software issues.

8. Refunds & Returns

Because each Claw Box is custom-configured for your specific use case, all sales are final once the hardware has been configured and shipped. If you experience issues with your Claw Box, contact us and we will work to resolve them under our support policy. If your order has not yet been configured, you may request a cancellation and full refund.

9. Hardware Ownership

Upon delivery and payment in full, you own the Claw Box hardware outright. You are responsible for the physical care and security of the device. The OpenClaw software installed on the device is open-source and subject to its own license terms.

10. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
• Maintain the physical security of your Claw Box hardware.
• Use the services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Not use the services for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose.

11. Intellectual Property

The ReadySetClaw name, logo, website content, and branding are the property of BoldMove LLC. The OpenClaw software is open-source and governed by its respective license. You may not use our branding or trademarks without written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoldMove LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your Claw Box.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the AI software will meet your specific requirements, operate without interruption, or be error-free. We do not warrant the performance of any third-party AI models or APIs.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
